No Croutons Required - The Birthday Edition
For this month's No Croutons Required, the topic is tomatoes. If you would like to enter, please submit a vegetarian soup or salad featuring tomatoes by the 20th April 2009. But it doesn't finish there! The birthday in question is not the event's, it is mine and it is today! I am not going to tell you how old, but I will ask you to conjure up a menu to go along with your soup or salad. A menu befitting little old me on my birthday. Hey, that means my birthday lasts all month. How cool is that?
You don't have to make any of the other dishes on your menu, just post about your soup or salad and menu, then email me at nocroutonsrequired@googlemail.com
Before I go, I would like to say a big congratulations to Soma over at eCurry, who came top in last month's challenge with her gorgeous Roasted Vegetable Stew with Coconut Milk. Doesn't it look amazing? It was love at first sight for me!
Happy Birthday doll! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi Soma, that is great! No, any menu will be great, as long as one of the courses is a tomato based soup or salad.
