No Croutons Required - Sandwiches
It is the start of another month and the year is whizzing by at a rate of knots.

For this month's No Croutons Required, I would like to focus on what is often served alongside soup or a salad. I am thinking of the humble sandwich.
Toasted or plain, I would like you to come up with an interesting sandwich. The only stipulation is that it must be suitable for vegetarians. Here are a few ideas to inspire you:

Interesting theme... especially since I don't eat sandwiches that often. We'll see what I come up with.

ReplyDeletehurrah - I am the first to enter this month! I drew a blank and then decided the tacos I was making for dinner would fit the bill perfectly - even though the salad (or salsa) I was making went in them rather than alongside! Will be interested to see what others come up with
