No Croutons Required - April Challenge

It's April and time for a new No Croutons Required challenge.

As ever I am looking for soups and salads that are suitable for vegetarians. And the topic this month? Well after much thought and deliberation, I decided it would be:

Indian Spices

There are plenty to choose from and you can feature one or several.

It's quite straightforward to add spices to a soup, but what about salads? Think about adding it to a dressing or perhaps roast some of the vegetables in spices. It's up to you, be as creative as you like.

I look forward to seeing your entries. As ever the entries need to be added to the linky below by the 20th of April 2013.

You can read the more about the challenge on my No Croutons Required page.

A big congratulations to Ingrid over at Kitchen Tales of Sugar and Spice who won the March challenge over at Lisa's Kitchen, with her elegant Ajo Blanco.

I love reading comments, so thank you for taking the time to leave one. Unfortunately, I'm bombarded with spam, so I've turned on comment moderation. I'll publish your comments as soon as I can and respond to them. Don't panic, they will disappear when you hit publish. Jac x
