Anyway, it's time for the next No Croutons Required challenge and I am sitting here pondering and procrastinating.
Do I ask for soup or salad or both? Do I go crazy and ask for something completely different? Can I think of a new angle to mix things up?
How about smoothie?
They are kind of like soups. Raw soups. So what I would like you to do this month, is to come up with a smoothie using at least one vegetable or salad ingredient. it can be a completely fruity smoothie with one veggie added or you could go crazy and make a total veg garden of a drink. It's up to you!

You could try adding one of these:
- red chard
- swiss chard
- beetroot (not pickled)
- sweet potatoes
- bell peppers
- summer squash
