Christmas Giveaway Bonanza #2 - Three Kitchen Press Cookbooks

For my second giveaway I bring you a set of three cookbooks from Kitchen Press for one lucky reader.

Kitchen Press is an award winning independent publisher who publish books from local food heroes. Those who are loved for their delicious recipes. These recipes are well tested by customers and you can't beat them. You never need worry that these recipes won't work.

The first is Fraser's Seasonal Soups by Fraser Reid.

Fraser was appalled that there were no fruit and veg shops left in Dundee since the supermarkets took over, so he decided he would open one to sell seasonal, local produce. He also had the great idea to make up soup bags for his customers with a recipe. They instantly proved a hit and people travel to the shop especially for one of those bags.

Try Fraser's Lentil Soup.

The second is The Parlour Cafe Cookbook by Gillian Veal.

The Parlour Cafe in Dundee is a wonderful cafe to visit, but you'll be lucky to get a seat, it's always so busy and there is a good reason for that. When you go in the first thing you see is the most exciting and mouth watering salads, then look on the blackboard for all sorts of other veggie delights like brie, pears and candied walnuts on rye or a black-eyed bean burger on a sour dough bun with caper mayonnaise and red onion marmalade. You are going to love this book!

Try Gillian's Puy Lentil and Goat's Cheese Salad.

The third book is Recipes from Brixton Village by Miss South.

Brixton Village has gone through a lot of regeneration and is much loved. It has a real mixture of foods from all over the world and Jay Rayner said it is ‘Home to the most vibrant restaurant scene in London’. Miss South has provided some of her recipes along with those from the many traders there who pedal their foodie wares.

Try Miss South's Buckwheat Galettes.

Would you like to win this set of three fabulous cookbooks?

Enter by leaving me a comment telling me where you keep your cookbooks and register your vote by using the rafflecopter box below (it may take a moment or two to load).

This giveaway is open to UK readers and will close on 24 December 2014.

Good luck everyone!
