Meat Free Mondays - 7 Recipes for the Week Ahead

It's Monday again and time for me to tempt you and give you ideas for the week ahead.

Traditionally Meat Free Mondays are, yes you guessed it on Mondays, but after speaking to a lot of meat-eating friends I found out they were all incorporating meat free days into their week, but not necessarily on a Monday and some were even doing several days a week, which can only be a good thing for their health and the planet.

Every week I'll be sharing my favourite veggie and vegan recipes for the week ahead and each week I will have a linky for those who would like to share their recipes.
