Meat Free Mondays - 7 Recipes for the Week Ahead (31 August 2015)

Doesn't the weekend whizz by? We had a really relaxed weekend. Apart from a bit of housework. Cooper and I made choc chip Scotch pancakes, we read, we played with his nano bugs, the boys went on walks with Huxley (while I worked) and we had a movie afternoon.

The new week is here and it's time for Meat Free Mondays.

You may still be drooling over last week's sandwich extravaganza and my Ultimate Guide to Sandwiches, but not it's time to think about dinner and plan the week ahead.

I hope you're enjoying these meal suggestions every week as much as I am.
