Meat Free Mondays opens National Vegetarian Week


It's National Vegetarian Week. A week to celebrate all that's good about a vegetarian lifestyle from the delicious food to the health benefits.

I never preach about my vegetarian lifestyle. I prefer to share delicious and easy recipes and show how easy and tasty a veggie life can be and with that in mind I bring you this week's Meat Free Mondays. Another seven delicious veggie recipes to help you plan your week ahead, as well as a few sneaky bonus recipes.

  1. I think this the best approach. I don't preach a vegetarian lifestyle either, I just say how amazing it is when someone asks and I share delicious food, that hopefully will inspire others to try more veggies and less meat.

  3. I agree. It does no good to be preachy. I find that being open, honest, and supportive gets more people interested in being veg than does preaching. :)
