7 Summer Salads, Sunshine for your Table

It's summer but it can be rather cool and damp at times, so I was expecting a fair few soups this month, however everyone is being super optimistic about the sunny days of summer we long for. The few days of sunshine and heat seem to be keeping us going.

To bring a bit of sunshine to your table I'd like to share seven glorious salads with you from some lovely bloggers from around the world.

I hope that has left you hungry for salad and ready to try a few of them.

If you would like to contribute a soup or salad to be featured in No Croutons Required next month, head over to Lisa's Kitchen, link up and leave your recipe in the linky.

Thanks to everyone who contributed this month.

Have a great summer everyone!

  1. Hi Jac, Is this the round up for the June NCR? If so, I have noted that my soup that is the last entry on the linky has not been included.

    1. Hey Shaheen as it was more of a stew, I am featuring it tomorrow in my Meat Free Mondays instead.

  2. Ooh I've bookmarked loads of these...of course, in the hope that we will actually have some sunshine soon! Otherwise, I'm still on soups and stews!

  3. This just shows that salads are so not boring! I want to eat all of these through the screen, or at least get someone to make them for me :)

  5. This is such a great round-up. If I can't have any actual sunshine, I'd at least like some on my plate :) Thanks for including my spiralised salad!
