Meat Free Mondays - 7 Recipes for the Week Ahead (2 January 2017)



It's the first Meat Free Mondays of the year and I'm excited to share some exciting new recipes with you. Have you had a good Christmas and New Year? Have you indulged I wonder? I know I have. I think January is going to be a bit more frugal food and drink wise, but not until I head back to work on Friday.

UPDATE; I've been stuck in bed with a very painful pulled muscle. Meat Free Mondays is extender and a new selection of recipes will be shared on Monday 16 January. Hopefully I'll get a recipe up this weekend too.
