I agree with you Johanna, frozen fruit is great to have in the freezer. If you add it to a smoothie, it makes it lovely and cold and like you, I use it in the winter for smoothies and for making jam.

If you have a blender, then they are so easy Dana, I rarely use my juicer for them.

I love peaches too Andrea, although it is sometimes difficult to get really good peaches here, they are often picked way too early and are a bit dry and tastless. However, if you get a good batch then wow!

Hi Mangocheeks, the manuka honey is really worth trying. It is expensive compared to other honey, but it is really something special.

Acai berry and blueberry, that sounds like a marvelllous smoothie. It must be a gorgeous colour too!
