Hi Andrea, I have never had any problems with quorn, but I only have it occassionally. I can't be bothered with all the dishes you can buy containing it.

I am glad it is not just me that feels like that about adding the ketchup Johanna, I was wondering if I was just being snotty about it.

Hi Sylvie You can usually buy it from a deli or maybe from Holland and Barrett. I cannot remember where I bought it last.

Hi Aparna, Sweet and sour chicken was something I always enjoyed as a teenager before I became veggie, many, many years ago. Probaly beacuse I couldn't recognise the chicken and the sauce was so lovely.
