Alpro custard is so good for making trifl...Amazing! Alpro custard is so good for making trifles. I must try your tip on how to make coconut milk cream as that's what is missing from a vegan trifle. I often make one very similar to this but use dark cherries in eau de vie which is lovely. We just end up pouring a bit of Oatly cream on top, so next time, we'll be trying this with coconut cream!
