If you have a blog, why not join in and contribute a recipe? If you are a reader, catch the roundups at the end of each week/month for some tasty recipes inspiration.

No Croutons Required

No Croutons Required is a monthly vegetarian soup and salad challenge hosted jointly between myself and Lisa from Lisa's Kitchen. No Croutons Required started in February 2008 and has run every month since then.

1. Find out who's hosting (check in The Food Blog Diary).
2. Make your soup or salad and post it on your blog. Link to the current challenge and both hosts. You may also use the logo. Only one entry per blog.
3. Add your post to the linky at the end of the announcement post.
4. Entries must be in by end of day on the 28th of the month. The roundup will be posted before the end of the month or the beginning of the next.


Meat Free Mondays

Current Challenge - Week Beginning 20 March 2017

More and more people are trying to eat less meat and eat more meat free meals. Meat Free Monday really made people think about how they were eating and the cost to themselves, their body and the planet. People don't just eat meat free on a Monday, so I'll be sharing 7 inspiring meat free meals every Monday. 

  1.  If you post a meat free (veggie or vegan) meal on your blog, link to the current challenge (posted every Monday on Tinned Tomatoes).
  2. Add your link to the linky to the bottom of the current challenge.
  3. Every Monday I will select 7 inspiring recipes from the previous week.
