Meat Free Mondays






Meat Free Mondays is a social movement encouraging people to eat a vegetarian diet at least once a week.

A varied vegetarian diet with lots of fresh produce, pulses, nuts and seeds is healthier for the you and the planet and can be a lot cheaper too, so it's also healthy for your bank balance.



This challenge focuses on Mondays as people quite often have more motivation and resolve at the start of the week, but that can falter as the week goes on. I like to encourage people to eat vegetarian through sharing tasty food any day of the week. You'll never hear me preach about a vegetarian diet, I much prefer to encourage and inspire.

Every Monday throughout the year I host Meat Free Mondays and bring you seven new featured recipes for the week ahead and let you decided how many days you want to go veggie. There's always plenty of inspiration from all the fabulous bloggers who join in and share their recipes.
