13 Veggie Recipes to Bookmark

Bookmarked Recipes is a great challenge, but it's self perpetuating. We use some of our neglected bookmarked recipes to join in and then when the roundup is posted we bookmark more. I still think it's a good idea to look through your bookmarked recipes to see what inspired you to bookmark them in the first place.

Scroll down to enjoy the entries for January and add your entries to the linky at the bottom of this post.

Thanks to everyone who took part.

  1. Thank you so much Jac, we all appreciate how busy you are and always appreciate you hosting these foodie blog challenges. All look good, but the mini maple meringues look particularly appealing.

  2. Lovely round up jac - love the savoury and sweet sections - and am v pleased to see another meringue recipe because having tried my first batch I am curious about how others do it.

  3. Ooh I like the look of those schnitzels Jac and the bundt cake too. Thanks for another inspiring round-up.

  4. I'm liking the look of that parsnip curry! Lovely selection.

  5. OOOH amazing recipes and I am not even vegetarian

  6. Great collection. I keep reading about buckwheat pancakes. MUST try making some.

  7. I'm not a veggie but try and eat veggie one or two nights per week as it's a) cheaper and b) healthy. Fantastic round up.

I love reading comments, so thank you for taking the time to leave one. Unfortunately, I'm bombarded with spam, so I've turned on comment moderation. I'll publish your comments as soon as I can and respond to them. Don't panic, they will disappear when you hit publish. Jac x
