You may wonder where I've been? Last week I was struck down with flu. The day before I was due my flu jab. Yes, that's how my life rolls. I felt like I was hit by a bus and I'm still pretty exhausted and not feeling great, but I couldn't possibly leave you another week without a delicious roundup of meat free recipes to help you plan your week.
