March has arrived and it's still freezing, but the days are brighter and longer so it all feels more hopeful and like we are moving further away from the winter.
While it's still cold, we are all still craving soup, but it's nice to include some salads and with that in mind I bring you No Croutons Required and the eleven delicious recipes bloggers have submitted for our eating pleasure during January and February.

Happy March everyone!
All the dishes look lovely - I need to make more of an effort to post some interesting soup and salad as I have missed NCR too much lately
ReplyDeleteYes it's good to get some new inspiration.
DeleteYummy, they all look delicious. The blood orange salad is so interesting and the broccoli soup.
ReplyDeleteYes they do look good, I agree!
DeleteThey look fantastic. Particularly like the chunky Borscht, and love the idea of hazelnut with celeriac. In fact, don't think there is a recipe there I wouldn't want to give a try, especially as JML and I are trying to be as meat-free as possible. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteOh good, some perfect inspiration then :)
DeleteI love the colour of that Creamy Broccoli and Cannellini Soup - just wonderful. Lots of tempting choices here.
ReplyDeleteIt does look rather wonderful, doesn't it?
DeleteThe Celeriac & Hazelnut Soup looks offbeat, yet so interesting. Lovely roundup, Jac!
ReplyDeleteYes, they aren't flavours I would have thought of but I am really tempted by it.
DeleteThose are all lovely! Glad to see I'm not the only one who was using blood oranges in my salads in January. :) Love that celeriac and hazelnut soup - I saw celeriac at the market the other day - think I would like to make this.
ReplyDeleteI am just impressed you get the blood oranges onto a plate. I always eat them all before thinking about making a dish with them. Enjoy the celeriac soup if you make it.
DeleteThere are some stunning soups in that round-up Jac, that Vegan cream of mushroom looks particularly canny!
ReplyDeleteYes definitely and that one does look good.
