Has anyone else had anything similar? I decided to plan ahead as much as possible for Fast-friendly meals on my Fast days, partly because my busy working week doesn't allow any awful lot of time for cooking and partly because I don't eat meat. <br /><br />Your blog was recommended to me by Fiona MacLean, and I must say I'm impressed! I am on a fast day today, it has gone fine, but now it is 9:30pm I am fighting the urge to nibble on something. This is always the hardest time of day, but I am resisting.<br /><br />The diet is easy to do and I feel quite energetic on fast days. The weight comes off, but it is gradually. I love the lentil and tomato soup and it makes a fast day ok, knowing I have a big bowl of that to come home to. Is it ok if I use tinned tomatoes and not fresh ones? I live in Asia and the fresh ones are imported and not too fresh!
