This is an old recipe. It's been sitting about for some time, but it's definitely time to share it.

It's a traditional banoffee pie. Calorific and heavenly and the best thing about it, is it's a quick, throw together dessert. I don't know when I'd make this again as Cooper has gone off bananas and Graham couldn't eat it as it's made with caramel and cream, then there is my waistline to think of as I know I would keep going back for another slice if it was in the fridge.
