Mango and Banana Shake

You'll know by now of my quest to get as much fruit and veg into Cooper as possible. I try to make sure he has plenty over the course of the day, but the ones he's not so keen on eating, well I whizz them into smoothies and shakes.

Today's delicacy is a shake. A mangolicious shake.

It's a mango and banana shake with all sorts of good stuff in it. Banana, orange juice, Greek yoghurt, milk, baobab powder and I used frozen mango, so I didn't need to add ice. I enjoyed a glass too and I can report it was really good.

Shake, shake, shake Senora!
